At Lady Black Tie, we want you to feel confident in your formal wear purchase. If your gown isn't the perfect fit, you may return it for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided all tags remain attached and the garment is unworn.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final credit.

  Pack Your Gown

  Carefully fold your item and place it in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security ribbons, and protective covers are included.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email to use toward your next glamorous look.
